FAQ

  • How does it work?

Our eggs can only be purchased through our website which we restock every Thursday at 5pm. We then prepare each order and deliver them the following week.

  • When will my eggs be delivered?

Orders are delivered on either the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the following week.

  • How long do La Grange eggs stay fresh for?

Our eggs are safe to consume for up to three months if refrigerated.

  • Are La Grange Eggs organic?

Our hens are pasture raised. Though our farm isn’t certified organic by the Canadian Organic Regime (COR) , our chickens are raised in the best possible living conditions, moving freely and being fed fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and whatever insects and greens they might find on the farm daily. All of this ensures a great-tasting egg of the highest quality.

  • What does pasture raised mean?

The pasture raised label means that our chickens are not confined to cages and are allowed to roam free, enjoy the sunshine, and graze as they please.

  • Why are the eggs always sold out?

La Grange Franklin is a small family run farm and can only provide a limited amount of eggs every week. We prioritize our hens’ health and happiness and don’t believe in mass production.
